This workshop is designed for those with little or no experience, as well as continuing students interested in reviewing the basics and reconnecting to the fundamentals of the practice.
Introducing new students to the physical practice of YOGA in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. Learn basic poses and transitions, with detailed instruction, including moderations for those of all levels.
Small class size – for more individual attention, detailed instruction, hands on adjustments and questions.
